Hi! I'm Riley, I'm Australian, 19, studying Nutritional Medicine at University, have been modelling on and off for 6 years and I'm about to travel the world. This is my visual diary and personal journey to health, happiness and fitness.
Am I vegan? A raw foodist? I'm not into labels - so, when people ask me that question, I simply reply: "I eat what I want, when i want it." My only rule is: If I don't enjoy eating it, it doesn't make me feel nourished or zaps me of energy, I don't eat it. I'm not trying to live forever, I just want to feel as good as I can while i'm alive..

My Story

I’ve been a model part time since I was twelve, so six years. I was always the perfect size - but not in my own eyes. I hated that my ribs were visible, I hated that I looked like a stick, I hated my tiny legs and my flat chest. So I ate and ate and ate and never exercised but never gained a pound due to my super fast metabolism and the rate that I was growing. Eventually I hit puberty and stopped growing just before 16, my metabolism slowed down and I gained a healthy looking weight with some boobs (yay!)

THEN year 12 came around and I moved out of home into an apartment with a model friend of mine, while stopping modelling to focus on school… With absolutely no time or sleep or money due to study and being independent, as well as drinking every weekend at parties and clubs - I gained 15 kilo’s and two dress sizes easily. Now, it’s the year after grade 12 and I’m working part time and at University studying Nutritional Medicine. Through A LOT of trial and error with healthy and unhealthy weight loss over the last year, I’m finally working out what really works for me. This is my motivation and determination to get back my model body, to get fit, toned, healthy and beautiful, to FINALLY learn to love my body and for it to love me back, and to do it for life.
