You guys are always asking me how I get the motivation to keep going on my journey to fitness and health, wellllllllllll THIS IS HOW.
This was one of the first things I did when I decided to change my life and my body.
Before I had an amazing fitblr to keep all of my inspiration, I printed out a whole heap of my favourite images from tumblr and stuck them right beside my bed, so that it was the first thing I saw in the morning and the last thing I saw at night.
Before and afters are my biggest inspiration so there was a whole lot of them but also positive affirmations and things to help me move my butt and tell me it was all going to be worth it.
I also used to work out in my room and would stare at them while I did it, I found it made me push a lot harder. I always thought "If you want to look like that you’re going to have to WORK HARDER" and I would pump out another 30 seconds and go that extra mile!
I think it worked out pretty well in hindsight ;);)
