Am I vegan? A raw foodist? I'm not into labels - so, when people ask me that question, I simply reply: "I eat what I want, when i want it." My only rule is: If I don't enjoy eating it, it doesn't make me feel nourished or zaps me of energy; I don't eat it. I'm not trying to live forever, I just want to feel as good as I can while i'm alive.

Absolutely! You should actually see results sooner than that! An except from my FAQ —>

It is definitely possible to reduce the appearance of your cellulite! Cellulite is just fat - able to get rid of by working out.

So, when you say working out, do you just mean running? Yes, but you should also be doing strength training!

A study found that 75 percent of women who did just 20 minutes each of cardio and strength training three days a week saw a dramatic reduction in dimpling after just two months. This was probably in conjunction with a reasonable diet, too.

Dieting in the absence of strength training can actually promote the appearance of cellulite by causing muscle loss, Westcott, author of the new book “No More Cellulite” says, so lifting weights to build and maintain muscle is key.

“Minimizing bodily fat while enhancing muscle firmness, especially in the legs, is the best approach,” he says, and a variety of workout regimens can help.

The muscles you want to train are your glutes and hamstrings, which make up the majority of your trouble areas. My favorite exercises are lunges, squats, plie squats, glute bridges, ham raises, more squats, split squats, box jumps, hill running, and squat jumps. Make sure to use weights for the biggest effect! There are some butt/thigh workouts here.
